Egg whites to separate from yolks. RUB the yolks with brown sugar
I took the brown sugar from Demerara Mistral
In the yolk mass can enter the melted butter. Then sour cream. Add the sifted flour and baking powder
Beat the whites with a pinch of salt separately until stiff and gently mix into the dough
Chocolate to grate (I have chocolate with nuts and raisins).
Divide the dough into 2 parts. In one part add the chocolate chips and pour the sifted cocoa. The recipe was suggested to add chocolate balls from cereals, but I was not. In a greased baking dish, pour chocolate batter on top of the spoon in the center of the form put the white dough. Bake at the temperature. 180* 40-50 minutes (up to dry sticks).
When ready the cake to cool and lubricate the fondant. For sweet beat the egg whites and sugar, add coconut. Unfortunately the cut was not that figure, which was expected, but the taste is not affected of course. A pleasant tea, my friends!
