A light soup with semolina
This recipe is a lifesaver when you have to cook first without the unnecessary frills. Turns a light soup with an interesting flavor.

Ingredients

  • Water

    1.5 l

  • Meatballs

    150 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Semolina

    2 Tbsp

  • Parsley

    0.5 coup

  • Dill

    0.5 coup

  • Celery leaf

    0.5 coup

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Curry

    0.5 tsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

I prepared a half portion of soup. To make the meatballs (I have frozen gavage-pork with onion and spices). Throw into boiling water and boil for 7-10 minutes.

Finely chop the onion. Grate on a coarse grater carrots. Grind the garlic.

Melt the butter. Fry semolina on medium heat until Golden brown.

I used semolina "Mistral".

Then add onion, carrot and garlic and fry for a few minutes.

Throw browned vegetables to the meatballs, add spices (parsley, dill, celery, curry, salt). Cook on low heat for 15 minutes.
