Cooking
1. All that we need. I forgot to put pepper.
2. Prepare the dough. Mix the yeast with a little warm water, add sugar and allow to stand for 10-15 minutes.
3. Mix in a bowl the flour with the salt, pour in yeast and remaining water. Stir add oil and knead the dough. Cover the dishes with the dough with a towel and keep in a warm place until dough will increase in 2 times.
4. While the dough grows, chop the vegetables for the filling. Onion - half rings, tomatoes-sliced, pepper - julienne. Grate cheese on a coarse grater.
5. Abenaim the dough and allow to stand for 5 - 10 minutes. Then roll out the dough with a diameter of 28 centimeters. Spread on a baking dish greased with oil (better to take flat or with a slight edge, it will be easier to work with sausages). Around the edge spread the sausage (as pictured), leaving a seam allowance.
6. Wrap the sausages in an abandoned allowance the dough. Cut in 1.5 cm, slightly put forward and slightly pivoted. It turns out it looks like a flower.
7. Put the stuffing. Red onions, peppers, tomatoes, sprinkle top with cheese and sent in a preheated 220 degree oven for 20 minutes.
8. Get the pizza, sprinkle with finely chopped greens (I have green onion and dill) and another 10 minutes in the oven.
