Tart with cabbage
After my previous recipe. Since I posted the recipe the basis for a tart, and the pie, too, decided to show. That is to say, what happened today)) it's Very easy and satisfying tart. And, indeed, delicious. Cabbage and coriander in combination give a bright, strong taste!

Ingredients

  • Cream

Cabbage boil in salted water until tender – cook for about 30 minutes.

Recline on a sieve and drain the water.

While cooking the cabbage in a saucepan with a thick bottom fry onion until Golden brown. Mix the cabbage with the onions and simmer for another 10 minutes

Add the tomato paste. If you have a home adjika, Lecho, or something like that, feel free to use it. Simmer for another 15 minutes, add coriander and pepper.

Put in a bowl and allow to cool

Eggs cooked "hard boiled", peel, separate whites and yolks. Finely chop the protein, the yolk cut in half.

The remaining raw egg inciting a whisk, season with salt and pepper, add the cream and lightly whisk.

Drain off excess liquid from the cabbage and spread it on the base. Sprinkle cabbage with chopped protein, make small holes and randomly stamped halves of yolks.

Pour the dressing, sprinkle with grated cheese and in a preheated 180*C oven for 20 minutes. The combination of cabbage and cilantro - the most it! The smell in 10 minutes is fantastic!
