This unusual dessert I found in one of the cookbooks I have at home. I dropped in on him three days. And today a miracle happened. I still went ahead and did it! "Clouds" are somewhat reminiscent of the marshmallows. Sweet but not cloying.

Ingredients

  • Egg white

    2 piece

  • Powdered sugar

    5 Tbsp

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Starch

    1 tsp

  • Milk

    0.66 cup

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Nuts

Cooking

Beat egg whites powdered sugar until a stable foam

Boil water and spoon the whites into the water, periodically turning them. TO PREVENT THE WATER BOILING!!!

When the proteins will increase in size, remove with a slotted spoon and place on a plate.

Yolks, sugar and starch grind until smooth

Cocoa dissolved in milk and add to yolks. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens.

Dip the finished proteins into mush and serve sprinkled with nuts. I have sesame seeds, not nuts was at hand.
