Pumpkin-cherry delight

Ingredients

  • Cognac

    2 cup

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Sugar

    5 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

  • Leavening agent

    3 tsp

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Milk

    120 ml

Pumpkin stew in a little water for 5 minutes. Drain the water, mash the pumpkin into a puree.
