Granola a great start to the day... with milk, yogurt, kefir or juice, anyway, with what the soul wants!!! And post will be great with plant milk! And the composition can be changed, and never will again))) help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    250 g

  • Peanuts

    100 g

  • Flax seeds

    2 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    2 Tbsp

  • Cranberry

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    110 ml

  • Honey

    130 g

  • Vegetable oil

    60 g

  • Cinnamon

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

Cooking

Peanuts chopped. Pre-fry it is not necessary. In a bowl, mix cereal and cereal mixture, add the flax seeds and sesame seeds. add nuts.

In a saucepan mix the honey, water (you can substitute juice), oil, salt, and cinnamon.

Put on low fire and stirring constantly, cook until salt to dissolve, about 2-3 minutes. Do not boil!!! Pour honey mixture into oatmeal and mix everything very well.

A baking sheet covered with parchment paper and spread the granola. Bake at 160 40-50 minutes. Every 10 minutes the granola a good stir.

To give the granola to cool completely and add cranberries. I have it pre-cut.

Pour the granola into a glass jar, where it can be stored for 7-10 days. BON APPETIT!!!
