Turkey with vegetables in tomato sauce
I don't know what to call this dish! Was going to prepare something else, but half way through got cold feet, what will it be, and start to invent. A tasty morsel! Not regretted going so often to cook now!

Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Tomato paste

    260 g

  • Broccoli

    1 plug

  • Green beans

    400 g

  • Breast of Turkey

    700 g

  • Basil

  • Marjoram

  • Oregano

  • The mixture of peppers

Cooking

Turkey breast cut into strips length 5-6 cm, width 2 cm approximately. Pickling in soy sauce and balsamic vinegar, sprinkle with mixture of ground pepper, add the Bay leaves. Set aside 30 minutes, an hour or more.
