Ingredients

  • Green onions

    0.5 coup

  • Adyghe cheese

    100 g

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Sweet pepper

    3 piece

  • Potatoes

    6 piece

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Spices

Pre-boil the potatoes in their skins. Chop the garlic and lightly fry it in vegetable oil.

Cut into strips sweet peppers (preferably different colors, I didn't have green) and add it to the garlic, fry 2 minutes.

Peel the potatoes and cut it into slices and then add to the peppers, season with salt and pepper, mix well and fry to lightly toast the crust a potato.

Add chopped onion (I had a little, but it is better to spare)
