Cooking
The oven heated to 190C. Pepper and salt the fillets, put in a refractory form.
Shake the cream with the egg, add the herbs and half of the almonds. Pour butter mixture on fillets. Mix the remaining almonds and bread crumbs, cover with crumbs fillet on top of sauce.
Bake for about half an hour until Golden brown.
