Liver muffins with mushrooms
Delicious, tender muffins beef liver.

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    600 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

  • Dill

  • Mushrooms

    450 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Beef liver washed, cleaned of films and veins. Mince.

Add the egg, sour cream, flour mixed with spices and baking powder and mix thoroughly.

Mushrooms finely cut and fry.

Add to the dough from the liver.

Finely chop the greens and combine with liver mixture.

Pour batter into pre-oiled molds. Bake at 200 gr. about 25-35 minutes (depending on oven).
