Cooking
Cheat meat. Through a meat grinder skip the bell pepper, half of green onions. Wash rice and add to the mince.
Add salt and all the spices. Add the raw egg. Carefully knead the meat. Put a pot of water on the stove. When the water boils, add salt and form of minced meat meatballs of medium size. Throws them in boiling water, gently stir.
When meatballs float, add to the soup carrots, cut into small dice. Diminish the fire and cook the soup until the carrots will not al'dente. Then add Bay leaf, garlic passed through the press, and tomato paste. Cook for 5 minutes.
The remnants of greenery cut and add to soup, cook for another 5 minutes and turn off the soup. When applying in each plate pour 1 teaspoon of olive oil and garnish with greens as desired.
