Meatballs from buckwheat
The recipe is taken from the book "Vegetarianism - key to health". When I first made these burgers, my husband did not understand what they are, and said that they fish.

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

    0.5 piece

  • Water

    1 piece

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Vegetable oil

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Buckwheat cover with water, add salt and cook until tender.

Onions chop, fry in sunflower oil and add the buckwheat. Recommended onion cut finely, but I love coarsely cut onion, so sliced half-rings.

In the hot mixture of buckwheat and onion add pepper to taste and flour.

Allow to cool for 10 minutes and add the egg.

To form patties, roll them in breadcrumbs. Fry the meatballs in sunflower oil. Bon appetit!!!
