Cooking
Pre-soaked wild rice to boil to readiness.
Young zucchini cut into thin strips.
On the ribbon of bacon spread throughout the length of the cooked wild rice. I got the bacon was salty, so I salted the rice and pepper you can, if you'd like it spicy!
Roll the bacon with the rice in a "rosette".
