Wild rice with bacon and zucchini
This is a delicious and hearty appetizer. The juiciness of the bacon envelops a wild rice and dissolves in its flavor and juiciness young zucchini gives it tenderness!

Ingredients

  • Wild rice

    50 g

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Bacon

    100 g

  • Capers

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

Pre-soaked wild rice to boil to readiness.

Young zucchini cut into thin strips.
