Banana-orange dessert
Cooks, happy holiday, happy Valentine's Day! I wish you harmony in the family, love! Help yourself to a delicious and delicate dessert.

Ingredients

  • Banana

    200 g

  • Sour cream

    60 g

  • Sugar

    60 g

  • Gelatin

    5 g

  • Water

    50 ml

  • Jelly

    1 pack

  • Orange

    2 piece

  • Gelatin

    10 g

  • Water

    70 ml

Gelatin cover with water and leave it for the time specified on the pack.

In smetana add sugar, stir with a whisk.

Banana cut into slices and whip using a blender. Add the sour cream with sugar, mix well.

Heat the gelatin on the stove or melt in the microwave. Add to banana-sour cream mixture, mix well.. a Big part of pour into kremanku or glasses. Put in the refrigerator.

Prepare cherry jello (can be strawberry or cranberry jelly) according to the instructions on the package, then pour on the frozen-layer banana jelly and put in refrigerator.

Prepare orange jelly. Gelatin cover with water and leave to swell. From oranges to squeeze the juice (if your oranges are sour, add sugar to taste, I got 250 ml), add melted and cooled gelatin and mix. Pour into glasses, put into the refrigerator. Optional dessert you can decorate with berries. I decorated with berries cranberries.
