Liver cake probably preparing every housewife. But in this recipe I suggest to prepare not less tasty option for a snack cake - pancake cake of rabbit.

Cooking
Cook the minced rabbit meat, carrots and onions. (use blender or grinder).
In prepared stuffing add the milk, eggs and flour. Mix well until smooth. Dough salt and pepper to taste.
The dough consistency should be like sour cream of average density. Or, as the dough for liver cake. Who often cook liver cake, who knows.
In vegetable oil bake pancakes. RECOMMENDATION: Before baking pancakes, bake a so-called small test pancake. After you will see what the dough or, conversely, not enough. For example I added some more milk. For me the dough seemed gustavito.
Of this amount, the test I got 6 pancakes (frying pans diameter 24 cm). If for some reason the pancake you "cracked" or slightly ripped nothing serious. Anyway, we will "hide" under the filling.
Put the cake together. Pancakes put on a plate. Lubricate the sour cream (or mayonnaise)...
From top to grate the eggs (I have one pancake left 1.5 eggs). But this number can be adjusted (to RUB more or less).
And to do so with all the pancakes, except the last one.
To decorate the top pancake separate the whites from the yolk. The top also lubricate the sour cream (or mayonnaise). In the middle of the grate the yolk. And the protein distributed along the edge and around the sides. Put a little infusions.
The top you can sprinkle with green onions.
