Tortilla with zucchini and shrimp
Mouth-watering casserole of zucchini and shrimp, something that is necessary for a light dinner!

Ingredients

  • Shrimp

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Zucchini

    2 piece

  • Bow white

    1 piece

  • Pepper lemon

  • Saffron

  • Salt

  • Butter

Grate the zucchini on a small grater. Squeeze out the juice.

Finely chop the onion and fry in butter until Golden brown. Add half of the grated zucchini and keep frying for 2-3 minutes. Remove from the heat.

Beat the eggs with the remaining half of raw zucchini, add salt, lemon pepper, saffron and mix thoroughly.

Then add the toasted mixture and stir again. Pour the mixture into the hot pan with butter. Put the shrimp, reduce the heat, cover with a lid and keep on heat until tender.

When serving sprinkle with dill.
