Carpaccio of avocado with caviar
The fastest and very tasty snack.

Ingredients

  • Avocado

    1 piece

  • Caviar

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    0.5 tsp

Avocado needs to be ripe.

Prepare the filling. Mix the olive oil with the lemon juice and soy sauce (instead of gravy salt).

Avocado wash, dry, cut into two halves. Remove the seeds, peel the skin. Cut into thin slices.

Spread avocado on a platter. Pour with the dressing. On top of the avocado spread, red or black caviar.
