Cauliflower with cumin seed and yoghurt
This dish from my favorite whip up a cauliflower. You baked it with olive oil, whole cumin seed, salt and black pepper, the aroma in the apartment so you will open the oven to steal a piece, even the most ardent anti-vegetarian not ustat. Baked Kale seasoned with yogurt, pomegranate seeds. I'm sure you'll be pleasantly surprised, so many flavors from a small amount of ingredients.

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower

    1 piece

  • Garnet

    0.5 piece

  • Cumin

    1 tsp

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

  • Yogurt

I had a big head of cabbage.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Grease the pan 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Cauliflower divide into florets, not necessarily of the same size.

Mix the cabbage with remaining olive oil, cumin, salt and pepper.

Spread on a baking sheet.

Bake for 20-30 minutes (several times to stop) until Golden brown and cooked cabbage.

Cauliflower to cool, add the yogurt, pomegranate seeds and herbs. And you can bring to the table, very tasty, healthy and flavorful!
