Roulade of Turkey with buckwheat
Tasty, tender and easy to make loaf. We can say even a diet recipe. Come, treat!

Ingredients

  • Breast of Turkey

    1 kg

  • Buckwheat

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Leeks

    0.5 piece

  • Walnuts

    100 g

  • Beer

    100 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Buckwheat boil. Use in the recipe buckwheat of TM Mistral. Ready buckwheat to cool.

Onions finely chop and fry in sunflower oil.

Leeks cut into rings and add to fried onions. Stir and fry for 1-2 minutes.

Add the walnuts and buckwheat. Stir and remove from heat. Season with salt and pepper.

Turkey breast, cut in half lengthwise, almost to the end and open like a book. Cover with cling film and lightly beat.
