Spinach souffle

  • Milk

    330 ml

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Nutmeg

  • Salt

Prepare the sauce "Bechamel". Melt butter, add flour, stir. Pour in milk and stir with a whisk cook until thick. Sprinkle with salt and season with nutmeg. Add to the sauce the spinach and the egg yolks, stir.
