Cooking
Potatoes wash, boil in their skins, cool, peel and grate on a coarse grater. Mix with flour, starch. eggs, salt. add the nutmeg and knead the dough. If you find that it feels sticky, add a little flour.
Roll out the dough on floured work surface to a thickness of 0.5 cm, cut it into four pieces and each of them divided into segments, the wide face which should be 3-4 cm long.
From the wide edge roll up rolls. So do the rest of the parts of the test.
In a large pot pour water, salt it and bring to the boil, put allspice. Reduce the heat, put it in quietly boiling water dumplings and cook them until they begin to emerge.
The finished dumplings remove with a slotted spoon, place them on a dish and lightly drizzle with oil to not stick together.
