Delicious and healthy salad that you can take with you, for example, if you eat it on the train.

Ingredients

  • Avocado

  • Cherry tomatoes

    200 g

  • Pickled cucumber

    80 g

  • Mozzarella

    125 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Salt

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Greens

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

Ingredients for salad - avocado sliced diced and put in a bowl. Misted with lemon juice and stir. The cherry tomatoes cut into quarters and put to avocado.

The salad used pickles TM 6 sotok.

Cucumbers sliced and put them in a bowl of salad. Cut finely the garlic, added salt, pepper, butter and mixed salad. Mozzarella left intact, not cut and the box had not opened. Size mozzarella with quail egg.

To the salad I added chopped fresh herbs. The salad is ready and it can be spread out on plates.
