Christmas biscotti
I have long wanted to bake biscotti. And then one came across a recipe for biscotti with chocolate and raisins! I, as a chocolate lover, so I had to taste! So I took the plunge... the Scent of chocolate was all over the apartment! All advise.. sets the mood of the Old New Year! :)

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Raisins

    100 g

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Here are our ingredients. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Sift the flour.

Add sugar, baking powder and stir.

Whisk two eggs in a separate bowl. And pour them into the dough. Stir until smooth.

Chop the chocolate into pieces.

Add our chocolate and raisins in the bowl with the dough. Stir.

Spread the dough on the table sprinkled with flour.

Roll out into a sausage. Approximately 25 cm.

And bake for about 20 minutes. Until Golden brown. Allow to cool our sausage for about 10 minutes.

Cut our sausage with a sharp knife at an angle of 45 degrees into equal pieces of about 1 cm I got 12 stuff.

Spread again on the baking sheet.

And bake for another 10 minutes. For 5 minutes on each side until Golden brown. Put them on a plate and let cool.

Because cookies are solid, before use, dip it in the coffee. Enjoy your coffee :)
