Cooking
Onion and garlic finely chop.
In a convenient dish, mix the yogurt, onion, garlic, coriander, buckwheat, salt, nutmeg, egg and meat.
With the eggs cut off the top, for stability.
Form grease with butter and sprinkle with semolina.
In the middle of the form put the egg, spread the stuffing around.
Sprinkle cheese, grated on a fine grater and pour soy sauce. Sent in a preheated 200 degree oven. Bake for 20 minutes.
When serving sprinkle with chopped herbs and pepper. Bon appetit!!!
