  • Chicken egg

  • Buckwheat

  • Cheese sausage

    50 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Yogurt

    50 ml

  • Nutmeg

    0.5 tsp

  • Coriander

    0.5 tsp

  • Soy sauce

  • Minced meat

    200 g

  • Greens

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Vegetable oil

  • Semolina

Cooking

Onion and garlic finely chop.

In a convenient dish, mix the yogurt, onion, garlic, coriander, buckwheat, salt, nutmeg, egg and meat.

With the eggs cut off the top, for stability.

Form grease with butter and sprinkle with semolina.

In the middle of the form put the egg, spread the stuffing around.
