Squash casserole with crackers
Fragrant and hearty dish of young zucchini, Golden croutons in the egg filling.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • The juice of a freshly squeezed

    2 Tbsp

  • Bread

    2 slice

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Milk

    300 ml

  • Cheese

    4 Tbsp

  • Dill

  • Vegetable oil

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Young zucchini cut into small pieces. In a pan pour a small amount of vegetable oil and pour the zucchini. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes.

To the zucchini add the grated carrots.

Prepare the filling. Mix eggs with milk and add one pinch of salt and black pepper to taste.

Mix a small amount of vegetable oil with the lemon juice and pour into the pan. Bread slices cut into pieces and fry in a pan until Golden color.

Spread the croutons.

Sprinkle with grated cheese.

Sprinkle with dill.

Casserole put in a preheated oven (250 degrees) and bake 20-30 minutes. It is served hot.
