Spicy vegetable salad with chicken gizzards
Very tasty and hearty salad for those who love spicy food. Prepared simply and quickly. The most important thing - to give the salad to stand for at least 4 hours, which is not always possible!))) Try it!)

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    600 g

  • Pepper

    300 g

  • Red onion

    300 g

  • Chicken stomachs

    1200 g

  • Soy sauce

    6 Tbsp

  • Chili

    2 tsp

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Salt

    3 tsp

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 cup

  • Vinegar

    8 Tbsp

  • Coriander

    1 tsp

  • Water

    1800 ml

Prepare the products.

Chicken gizzards, wash. Spread in the pan. Add water (1800 ml) and salt (1 tsp). Cook after boiling for 1 hour.

While cooked chicken gizzards, chop the onion.

Arrange the onion in the bowl. Add 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp sugar and 2 tbsp soy sauce TM "Kikkoman ". Mix and leave.

Carrots three on a grater or finely chop. Put in a Cup. Add 2 tbsp sugar and 1 tsp salt. Mix and leave.
