Salad with kohlrabi and carrots in Korean
Recently fell in love with kohlrabi and are now trying to diversify our menu this vegetable. On Ineta found a salad that the guests very much. I suggest to you to try.

Ingredients

  • Kohlrabi

    300 g

  • Carrots

    200 g

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    3 Tbsp

  • Coriander

    1 tsp

  • Chili

    5 g

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Kohlrabi peel and remove all the hard places. To cut into sticks.

Carrots grate on a grater for Korean carrot. ( I don't have it, I chopped with a special knife).

To the vegetables add the chopped garlic and who loves chili. I have without it.

Make the dressing. To combine the sugar, salt and ground coriander.

Combine spices with oil and vinegar. Mix well.

Add dressing to vegetables, stir, cover and chill for 12-20 hours.
