Cooking
Carrots and potatoes cut into small dice.
In a saucepan put carrots and potatoes (cooking in Zepter rules: cook vegetables without water and salt).
Close the pan with a lid, put on medium heat and heated (follow the arrow of the controller (external scale): as soon as the needle reaches the beginning of the green sector, moving the pan on the smallest fire (the smallest burner) and cook until the moment when the arrow of the controller will reach the middle of the green sector (for me it took 2-3 min). Disconnect the fire and leave the vegetables to "walk" for 5 minutes. The cover is not open!
While "reach" vegetables, cut the cucumber in small dice.
Jusi (or green onion) cut with scissors a little "feathers".
Prepare the dressing: in a Cup pour the oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, honey and pepper mixture. Stir.
In the cooled boiled vegetables add chopped cucumber, salmon and jusi (or green onions)
Add dressing and mix well salad.
