Fillet to beat off. It must be thin, 2 mm.
Prepared scallops salt and pepper (if necessary). Dip each first in flour, then in egg, then in breadcrumbs. You need to adhere to this order, the meat will be juicier.
Fry the escalopes for 4-5 minutes on each side.
For the sauce, squeeze the juice from the orange.
Add the soy sauce, olive oil (3 tbsp). Stir.
Add the roasted and chopped nuts.
Add coarsely chopped parsley. Mix everything.
Pour the sauce over the scallops when serving. Our dinner is ready.
