Description
The fish in aromatic bread crust with walnuts and cheese with rice. Tender fish under a lovely, crispy, flavorful crust. Nuts and cheese add an extra piquancy to the dish. On the side take loose parboiled long grain rice "amber" from the Mistral.

Cooking
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Boil the rice for 25 minutes.
Grind in a blender into crumbs: bread first. Pour into a bowl.
Mix together the bread, cheese and dill.
Add chopped nuts, mix well.
Spread on a baking sheet or in a baking dish fish. Sprinkle both sides with seasoning.
Brush with beaten egg and spread on top of fish grain-walnut ground, tightly clutching her. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
