Cooking

step-0
To prepare the stuffing. I have today mixed pork-beef. Onion fry in vegetable oil, salt and pepper. To connect with meat, soaked in milk piece of white bread, and seasoning 1 tbsp. sauce-marinade "Teriyaki" from TM "Kikkoman".
step-1
Eggs boiled in steep. Mince on your palm to form a pellet, put the center of the egg and wrap it in the stuffing from all sides. Each thus prepared nest, wrap it in foil.
step-2
Bake in the oven at t 180 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes. 5 minutes before it is ready to deploy the foil and coat the tops of the nests sauce-marinade "Teriyaki" from TM "Kikkoman". Return to the oven for a Golden crust appears.
step-3
This set of vegetables for garnish. Photo treacherously did not get bell peppers. Carrots grate on a grater for Korean carrot, tomatoes cut in half, peppers, onions and prunes into thin slices. Carrots and onions are quickly stir-fried over high heat adding 1 tbsp of the sauce-marinade "Teriyaki" from TM "Kikkoman" almost ready. Then add the prunes, tomatoes, paprika and 2 tbsp of tomato sauce, mix well and warm up literally 1 minute, that would be the tastes connected.
step-4
The finished nests to cool and cut into thin slices. Serve with vegetables and mayonnaise.
step-5
This dish from my student days. It was served in a cafe "Sigulda" near the University where we often dropped in to eat. I just supplemented it with vegetables to add flavor and reduce the amount of mayonnaise, which too is fond of my youngest son.
step-6
Bon appetit!
