Salad
This salad I have tasted in a cafe, when I went to my son for a day of leave from duty. The salad I liked so much that I persuaded the chef to share the recipe. And now I share them with You.

Ingredients

  • Green beans

    100 g

  • Cauliflower

    50 g

  • Tomato

    50 g

  • Asparagus

    100 g

  • Cucumber

    50 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Beans and cabbage boil for 6 mins in boiling water and allow to cool completely. Tomato cut into four pieces, cucumber cut into strips. Asparagus (soy) to cut diagonally.

Prepare a seasoning. For this mix vegetable oil "Oleyna", a vinegar (can be Apple or wine), pepper.
step-2
Vegetables, except asparagus, mix and fill with dressing. Decorate the top with asparagus and greens.
