Cooking
Potatoes peel and cut into slices, we need 1.5 quarts of chopped potatoes (about 1 kg).
In a saucepan, mix the water (5 stack.), vinegar (1 Cup.) and 1 tbsp of salt. I have the wine vinegar but either will work. Bring mixture to a boil and wait for the dissolution of the salt.
Remove from heat, add the potatoes, cover and leave for 1 hour.
Then drain the potatoes and dry well with a clean towel.
Place it in a bowl, add 1 tsp. starch, spices to taste, stir, add 2-3 tbsp oil, mix again, and place on a baking tray lined with paper.
Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven to 225 °C. Stir and bake for another 15-20 minutes. In the finished potatoes to add 1 tooth. garlic passed through the press.
