Found on the Internet here is an unusual recipe. A bit long to cook them, but to be honest, the result deserves it. It turned out very soft muffins and delicate cream Tiramisu. All together just amazing.

Cooking
In a small saucepan pour the milk and put vanilla. Once the milk is boiling, turn it off. Put the butter and set aside to dissolve the oil.
In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and yolks with the sugar for 1 minute.
Put the bowl on a steam bath and continue to whisk until the sugar is dissolved. The mass should be heated to 40 degrees.
Remove the mixture from the water bath and beat with a mixer, until it becomes the form of air and light yellow.
Slowly add flour, gently vimosewa.
Add in the butter-milk mix 4 tbsp of dough and stir.
Put this mixture to the rest of the dough and gently stir until smooth.
A muffin tin with paper molds. Pour the dough.
Bake in a preheated 160 degree oven.
While the cupcakes bake, prepare the impregnation and cream. For impregnation of brew strong coffee blended with alcohol and sugar. For the mascarpone cream beat with powdered sugar. Whisk the cream until resistant foam /in a separate bowl/ gently combine the cheese mass, stirring from the bottom up.
Impregnate the cooled cupcakes with coffee syrup, spread on top the cream.
Put a couple of hours in the fridge. And enjoy!
