Description

Appetizer of baked vegetables
Easy, hearty and delicious. A minimum of effort and a great result, thanks to TM Kikkoman and their sauce For Sushi and Sashimi, no additional sauce is not required. For my mother, this appetizer was lunch today, so adjust the amount of ingredients relative to Your desires.

Cooking

step-0
Wash thoroughly the vegetables. To include heating up the oven to 200*. Send the vegetables in the preheated oven for 1 hour. If You have smaller potatoes, you may need less time. Be guided by Your oven!
step-1
The bow wash is not cleaning. To file down the bottom where the roots. Cut the top of the cap. To make a knife cut a cross to the middle of the bulb. To put it in a baking dish, sprinkle with dry thyme and either add salt or add soy sauce. Put a small piece of butter, and send the mold in the oven to vegetables.
step-2
Here are our veggies and the onions are ready. Vegetables cool slightly and peel the potatoes and carrots. The eggplant was so tender that I decided not to clean it.
step-3
On the dish lay out clean lettuce.
step-4
Cut the potatoes in slices about 7mm thick. I got 12 slices. Spread.
step-5
On each slice of potato is put 1/4 of a slice of cheese.
step-6
The carrots I sliced with a vegetable peeler, but you can just cut into slices with a knife.
step-7
Carefully with a sharp knife cut the eggplant.
step-8
Spread the slices of aubergine helping yourself with a spatula or spoon.
step-9
Put the top circle of carrots.
step-10
Fork for lemon or regular hook onion petals and pulling them away from the bulbs. Or peel the onion and separate into petals. Put onion for appetizer and sbryzgivaem soy sauce. Adjust the amount of sauce to Your taste, not forgetting that we have only savoury cheese and onion.
step-11
That's all!!! The dish is ready. Convenient spoon to spread the appetizer on a lettuce leaf and eat!!! Bon appetit!!!
