Lemons in a spicy sweet and sour marinade
Incredible explosion of flavors and aromas of the snacks surprising and shocking. Lemons are versatile and can be used as a snack, add to salads and toppings, and they are very well suited as a complement to meat and fish dishes.

Ingredients

  • Lemon

    4 piece

  • Salt

    3 Tbsp

  • Brown sugar

    370 g

  • Vinegar

    125 ml

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Horseradish

    2 Tbsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 piece

  • Coriander

    0.25 tsp

  • Dill

    0.25 tsp

  • Mustard

    0.25 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

  • Pepper pink

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Lemons a good wash brush with soap and water. Pour over boiling water. Dry. Cut lengthwise into six pieces. Fold the lemons into a Cup, sprinkle with salt and leave for a day, stirring occasionally.

Pepper wash, make a slit and remove the seeds. Hell shave off thin strips. Garlic peel and crush.

The brine which is separated from lemons to drain into the pan, add vinegar, sugar and all the seasonings and spices. Bring to boil stirring and boil for 2-3 minutes.

Lemons put in a jar and pour the hot marinade with spices. Close the lid, allow to cool and put into refrigerator or other cool place for 3-5 days.
