Salad with wine peaches and blue cheese
Very exquisite salad (or dessert), ideal to cool white wine or champagne. Dish for a bachelorette party or a romantic dinner.

Ingredients

  • Peach

    2 piece

  • Blue cheese

    70 g

  • Dry white wine

    125 ml

  • Brown sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 g

  • Basil

For this salad-dessert it is better to use a little unripe peaches. Cut the peach into 2 halves, remove the seeds and cut into thin slices

The pan pour the wine, add sugar (I had brown sugar "Mistral") and cinnamon, bring to boil

In this spicy wine drop the sliced peaches and cook 30 seconds
