Salad of sardines with Apple and beets
An interesting mix of three flavors – sweet beets, salty fish and sour Apple. The salad is bright, juicy and very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Sprat

    400 g

  • Beets

    300 g

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Balsamic

    0.5 tsp

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Green olives

    9 piece

  • Pepper pink

  • Dill

Cooking

Boil beetroot until tender, cool and peel. Then cut into small cubes and marinate with a mixture of olive oil, balsamic vinegar and soy sauce.

Sprat clean away the innards and fins, remove the head.

Apple peel and core, cut into small cubes. Sour cream and mustard.

In portion bowls to lay out the first layer of beets.

The second layer - fillet sardines wrapped roll.

A final layer of apples.

The salad garnish with olives, pink pepper peas, sprigs of dill and put into the cold for 30 minutes, to steep.
