Potato mini-muffins with cream cheese and caviar. Small, literally one bite muffins, a tasty and elegant appetizer.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    300 g

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    0.25 tsp

  • Cream cheese

    100 g

  • Caviar

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    1 tsp

Cooking

1. Potatoes cleaned, boil to readiness.

2. Drain the water and mash into a puree. Cool slightly. Then add sour cream

3. Add the egg, flour and baking powder. Season with salt and pepper and mix well. Silicone mold, I took a small oil, put the potato mixture, filling in forms almost completely.

4. Bake in a preheated 180C oven until done, about 15-20 minutes. If a large mold, the baking time increased. The finished muffins to cool down a bit. Then from top to transplant a bit of cream cheese and decorate with caviar. Bon appetit!
