Cake
I baked this cake at the request of the eldest little girl, who already missed the bright, warm summer. So I decided to give her a modicum of summer sun. The cake turned out tasty, tender, with a strawberry flavored cream. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Yogurt

    1 cup

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Sour cream

    1.5 cup

  • Powdered sugar

    1 cup

  • The sugar syrup

    2 Tbsp

  • Candy

    15 piece

Beat eggs with sugar, pour in yogurt (or a yogurt or fermented milk), melted and cooled butter, add the flour and baking powder and whisk. Half of the dough pour into mold and place in preheated oven.

Bake 2 Korzh at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

For the cream whip the thick cream with strawberry syrup and powdered sugar. I added a little bit of strawberry flavor to enhance the taste.

Optionally, the finished cakes to soak strawberry syrup (boil 1 Cup water and 0.5 cups of syrup) or a solution of coffee, and if not impregnated, it will still be delicious. The first cake fluff cream.

Turkish delight cut into pieces.

On top lay the second cake.

Coat the top and sides of cake with cream.

Decorate at will. I decorated with little roses and petals of mastic (mastic lying in the fridge from 12 January). There was only one but, my daughter gave me a rush and I cake decorated with roses and dried leaves and edible paint with putty silent painted cream, but it did not stop, and the cake disappeared very quickly.
