Description
When these buns are baked in the oven - on the house spreads a warm and rich aroma of gingerbread! They come out very tasty! Great for the morning coffee. And, in the afternoon with a glass of milk, these muffins are very good.

Cooking
Yeast dissolve in warm water
In a bowl sift the flour, add oat bran and buckwheat flakes of TM "Mistral", salt and sugar
Add to the dough spices, mix all dry ingredients
Here pour in the dissolved yeast, add the egg and oil
Knead the dough, try not to overload it with flour so that it is soft. The flour will take a little more or a little less than a specified number. Cover the dough with film and leave for 1-2 hours to rise. Once the dough has risen, ebonite it right in the bowl, coat your hands with oil and leave it to rise again
On an oiled table ebonite the dough and roll it to a thickness of about 0.5 cm
Brush with oil, sprinkle with sugar and spices
Roll roll and cut into pieces. I got 12 rolls
For baking I used muffin tins. Place rolls, pre-greased moulds with the oil. Leave the rolls to rise for 45-60 minutes
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees. I baked for about 20 minutes. Be guided by your oven. Optional - sprinkle with powdered sugar
