Tomato piccolini
I sometimes like to be lazy! And men love pizza. How to be here? And what's to decide? To all of us to please! For idlers there is salvation, There is a great solution! Interesting – talk, all pancakes will be served!

Ingredients

  • Tomato juice

    300 ml

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Corn flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Ham

    100 g

  • Sweet pepper

    1 piece

  • Greens

    0.5 coup

  • Adyghe cheese

    100 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Parmesan

    1 handful

  • Oregano

    1 tsp

  • Spices

    1 tsp

Cooking

Sift the flour, mix with yeast "SAF-moment". Pour warm tomato juice and mix well the dough. I have a juice with salt and sugar. You can simply dilute the tomato paste with warm water, adding salt and sugar to taste.

Add to the mixture the egg and Italian spices. Definitely Basil and oregano, also nice and dried tomatoes, if any.

Slice it into small cubes Adyghe cheese, ham and peppers. Chop the greens and grate on a fine grater cheese. Knead the dough well.

Put the bowl of dough in a pot of very warm water for 20 minutes. I keep the dough in water until the yeast is baked pancakes.

Pour the thick batter on a hot greased pan and spread it with back of a spoon. On medium heat, bake thick pancakes, covered the pan with a lid after turning.

Ready pancakes fold stack and immediately sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.

Serve hot. You can separately file a tomato sauce.
