Rolls
These delicious American biscuits are popular all over the world. I was going to cook them, but was waiting for a reason. Today my daughter 2 years old, and since children get sick, the cake ordered on Saturday. But it is impossible not to blow out a candle on a day like this!!! So today we have for tea birthday rolls "Cinnabon"!!! One (the smallest) I have tried, highly recommend to ALL, the taste is just magical!!!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    540 g

  • Milk

    280 ml

  • Butter

    60 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Yeast

    6 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Vanilla

    1 pinch

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Butter

    45 g

  • Cinnamon

    2 tsp

  • Cocoa powder

    2 tsp

  • Brown sugar

    160 g

  • Mascarpone

    250 g

  • Powdered sugar

    40 g

  • Milk

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Sift flour, add yeast, salt, sugar and a pinch of vanillin Haas. Mix well.

In dry of mixture to make a hole and pour warm (not hot!!!) the milk and egg. Mix well.

Pour the melted, but cooled butter. Knead the dough. I kneaded by hand for about 10 minutes. The dough is elastic. Knead is not easy.

Roll into ball and put the bowl in warm, about 40 minutes. I really liked this method: In the microwave to boil a Cup of water, and put an open bowl of batter, water can't get in.

The dough came and increased in 2 times. Punch down and leave for 50 minutes in a warm place. Take the butter for the filling out of the fridge, the path will become soft.

The second time the dough has increased in 3-4 times.

For the filling, mix the sugar, cinnamon Haas and cocoa.

Roll out a rectangle, brush with soft butter (the hands). Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and cocoa.

At the wide end twist into a roll. Cut into desired amount of rolls.

The rolls put into a form, the laid parchment. Cover with foil or a towel and allow to rise 30 minutes.

When the buns came, send them in a preheated 180 gr. the oven. And bake 25-30 minutes.

For the glaze, mix the mascarpone with the icing sugar. Gradually add milk, bring to the consistency of thick cream.

Scones leave for 10-15 minutes to slightly cool.

And cover with frosting. I couldn't wait for the cool down and ate the still warm muffin. It's something magical, does not mind the effort!!! I advise you to cook!!!
