Potato pie with mushrooms and cheese
I am again with potatoes, but this time it's mushroom pie. Preparing it is easy and fast enough.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    700 g

  • Mushrooms

    400 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Semolina

    4 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Parsley

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Bread crumbs

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Cook potatoes until tender, drain the water. Add butter, salt and crushed in puree. When cool, add eggs and semolina and mix well.

Chop the onion and garlic and fry in vegetable oil until soft.

Add to the onions sliced mushrooms, garlic, salt, pepper and sauté until tender, add at the end the chopped parsley.

Form for baking grease with vegetable oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Put in the form of mashed potatoes to form a pie shell( leave some mash)

Spread puree the mushrooms, to decorate top of cake remaining mashed potatoes using a pastry syringe. On top lay sliced cheese.

Bake in the oven at 200градусах 15-20 min.
