Would never have thought that pumpkin can turn out such a delicious dessert! Pumpkin did not like ever, but, inspired by the new contest, I rummaged through old books and found this wonderful recipe. In the middle, the balls are very similar to all of us favorite cake "potato", and due to the unusual breading they also appetizing crunched. Well, very tasty! Will appeal to both children and adults! Try it!!!

Cooking
Peeled pumpkin and apples cut into cubes, to connect.
Add half the milk, put on fire and simmer for 20 minutes, gradually adding the remaining milk.
Remove from heat, grind in a blender or RUB through a sieve. Put on the fire for a few minutes.
Soak raisins in hot water. Cookies grind.
The pumpkin-Apple mixture add 80 grams of biscuits, raisins, cocoa, sugar. Mix well. Add breadcrumbs so that the mass was dense.
From the resulting mass with wet hands roll into balls.
For breading, whisk together eggs with remaining biscuits and 5 tbsp of breadcrumbs.
Dip balls in egg mixture and fry in large quantity of sunflower oil.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar. All you can eat! Very tasty both hot and cold. Help yourself!
