Branny bread
I could not help but share with You my favorite recipe for bread. In the last week of the contest I suggest You to taste the wonderful pastries. Welcome aboard!

Ingredients

  • Water

    300 ml

  • Flour

    430 g

  • Bran

    50 g

  • Oat flakes

    3 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    2 tsp

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Butter

    40 g

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Dry milk

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

Put in a bucket of HP products according to the instructions.

Choose the mode "the dough" and press the "Start"button.

Spread the dough in the oiled bowl, replace the dough, cover with film or package and put in a warm place for proofing for 30-40 minutes.

Spread the dough on the table, divide it into 7 equal parts.

Roll out (I was stretching my hands) each piece of dough into a thin circle (if the dough sticks to the hands, grease hands with vegetable oil), raising edge and collect in the middle.

Turn the "ball" and twist rolls (on the table between the two hands). That's such a neat, round bun we have.

Put the rolls into a round shape (diameter of my form 24 cm). If the shape of the silicone - pour cold water, if metal - brush with vegetable oil.

Beat the egg with a whisk.

Cover form a package and put in a warm place for 35 minutes to rise. Then grease the buns with the beaten egg and sprinkle with oat flakes.

Bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 35 min. Guided by your oven! We take out our "Daisy" from the oven, leave in the form for 15-20 minutes, then take out from the mold and allow to cool completely.
