Chicken salad-curry on toast
Chicken salad on toast. What could be easier! But the salad is not simple, and the toast is not quite normal.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    1 piece

  • Dutch cheese

    50 g

  • Red onion

    0.5 piece

  • Almonds

    3 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    100 g

  • Cilantro

    1 coup

  • Curry

    2 tsp

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Garnet

  • Bread

    10 slice

Cooking

Chicken fillet boiled and cut into small cubes.

Onion, almonds, and down to chop and mix.

For the sauce use mayonnaise Maheev with lemon juice.

With bread cut off the crusts and each slice cut into 2 triangles. Spread on a baking sheet and grease with butter curry. Put into the oven heated at full power for 3-5 minutes.

Spread the salad on toast. Decorate with pomegranate seeds.
