Salad with black beans Asian style
I propose to diversify our winter menu so colorful, tasty, healthy and flavorful salad!

Ingredients

  • Beans

    0.5 cup

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Mango

    1 piece

  • Mint

    1 coup

  • Peanuts

    4 Tbsp

  • Coconut shavings

    3 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Brown sugar

    2 tsp

  • Chili

    0.1 piece

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon peel

Cooking

Boil pre-soaked in cold water beans (I soaked overnight) on low heat for 1 hour. Drain the beans, rinse with cold water.

Mix chopped mint, chopped chilli, soy sauce, sugar, zest and lemon juice. All a bit to mash these in a bowl.

Add peanuts and stir.

Cut into cubes, the size of a bean, bell pepper and mango.

Mix all ingredients, add the beans, stir and bring to the table. When submitting sprinkle salad with coconut shavings.
