Salad of wild rice and green onions
I propose to recall the summer and try bright and juicy salad recipe-Gordon Ramsay. According to the chef, it's "the perfect side dish for a barbecue or picnic." Come on in, help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Honey

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Pine nuts

    50 g

  • Green onions

    6 piece

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 piece

  • Wild rice

    500 g

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

To prepare this salad, we need to boil the rice. Best of all - wild, but can be replaced with a mixture. Prepare as directed on packet and let cool to room temperature.

Finely chop the onion and pepper. Here I apologize, but I replaced the red pepper on the Bulgarian, as do not eat spicy. If you can afford it - I highly recommend following the recipe hot pepper, it would be more than appropriate.
